Your Role With us, you will work in a close-knit team of five employees where collaboration, commitment, and work enjoyment characterize everyday life. Together, you will contribute to developing and strengthening workplace environment efforts within LKAB. The role also involves close collaboration with the occupational hygiene group within the Iron Ore Business Area, which creates good opportunities for knowledge exchange and competence development. As a measurement technician, you are responsible for planning and conducting workplace environment measurements within LKAB's operations in Kiruna, both above and below ground, as well as at our other operational sites as needed. The role has a broad contact network and operates across LKAB's entire organization, where you are an important part of the work to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment. In the role, you contribute to ensuring that LKAB complies with applicable legislation and internal requirements through measurements, analyses, and reporting within the workplace environment field. You also serve as support to operations through advice and knowledge sharing within your area of expertise. Your main work tasks include: Planning, conducting, and following up on workplace environment measurements. Analyzing, evaluating, and reporting measurement results. Providing support and advice to operations regarding workplace environment measurements. Conducting training and information initiatives within relevant areas. Responsibility for measurement equipment, including calibration of gas detectors, service, and quality assurance. What You Bring Secondary education. Manual transmission driver's license (Category B). Good knowledge of Swedish and English. You enjoy taking responsibility and driving your work forward together with the group and independently. You are communicative and build good relationships easily with colleagues and other contacts. You are flexible and thrive in an environment where planning sometimes needs to change quickly. You work structurally and easily absorb and follow instructions. You have good IT skills and are curious about learning new digital tools and systems.
