The Role: As our service / sommelier, you hold overall responsibility for the guest experience in our dining room. You work in a small, tight-knit team where precision, attentiveness, and professionalism are essential. Your responsibilities include: Professional guest greeting and presentation of our tasting menu. Recommendation and serving of beverage pairings (with a strong focus on sake, Japanese tea, and wine). Creating a flawless and harmonious atmosphere through silent table clearing and meticulous station maintenance. Handling complex allergies and dietary restrictions with the highest level of care. Profile and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience from fine dining or high-end restaurant operations. Experience with Japanese gastronomy or sake is highly desirable. Beverage Knowledge: Strong knowledge of wine and beverage pairings. Sommelier certification is a major plus. Languages: Fluent in both Swedish and English (professional level), as we serve many international guests and guides. Personality: You are driven by the concept of Omotenashi – anticipating the guest's needs before they realize them.
