Dining Room Manager / Head Waiter

We are now thanking our summer staff and are instead seeking permanent staff for the fall, in both part-time, full-time, and hourly positions. We are looking for a Dining Room Manager who wants to take full responsibility for the restaurant starting immediately. You will ensure that every guest is met with professional service, high quality, and expert service. You have the ability to see both the details and the big picture, work in a structured manner, and know how to prioritize correctly even when the pace is high. In this role, you are responsible for the daily operations of the dining room. You lead and coach the staff, inspire the team to develop, and create good conditions for reaching common goals together. At the same time, you are a natural part of the daily service and work actively as a head waiter and in the serving role. The operations also include events and catering. Since we are a small company, your tasks vary based on the business needs. We are looking for someone who: Has experience in leadership and administration. Has the ability to create engagement and build strong teams Has a passion for service. Is skilled at driving a team forward and helping others grow in their work. Enjoys having overall responsibility, is unpretentious, and takes initiative to solve challenges that arise.
