About the Role As a Deckhand in Sweden, you work with deck operations and vessel operations — from mooring and loading to maintenance, watchkeeping, and support with navigation and safety drills. It is practical and varied work where good physical ability, safety awareness, and the ability to collaborate in shifts and in varying weather conditions are central. Perform maintenance and cleaning of deck and equipment. Stand watch and monitor vessel systems. Support navigation and participate in safety and drill routines. Follow and maintain safety procedures and report hazards. Work in shifts and adapt to varying weather conditions. Collaborate with crew to ensure safe and efficient operations. What You Bring Valid seafarer's book and basic safety training (e.g., STCW or equivalent) or equivalent certification. Experience with deck work and vessel maintenance. Good physical ability and experience working shifts in varying conditions. Good communication skills and experience working as part of a team. You are driven and take responsibility for your work.
