About the Position We are seeking someone with several years of experience in developing logistics flows and processes for an exciting assignment as a Materials Supply Strategy Specialist at a government agency. In this role, you will be an important contributor in streamlining and optimizing the agency's materials supply within the agency's central warehouse. The work tasks include participating in the implementation of the new warehouse management system Dynamics 365, developing, coordinating, and implementing efficient processes, routines, and flows within materials supply. Other Common Work Tasks: - Follow up, analyze, and improve statistics, reorder points, forecasts, and key performance indicators - Work with warehouse replenishment, inventory management, and purchasing forecasts - Collaboration in internal and external agency partnerships regarding materials supply and logistics The Procurement Unit is responsible for ensuring the agency's supply of goods, services, and construction contracts, excluding IT. The Procurement Unit also includes the agency's materials supply and central warehouse. In 2027, a new national warehouse and equipment system will be implemented. In connection with this, there are significant opportunities to develop and streamline various work methods and processes within materials supply. Assignment Period and Scope This position is a full-time consulting assignment with a planned start date of 2026-10-01 and is expected to last 14 months, with the possibility of extending the assignment by three months on two occasions. The assignment is a maternity leave replacement for an employee. The workplace is in Stockholm with standard working hours 08:00–16:30. Requirements for the Position: • Post-secondary education in logistics, materials supply, economics, or similar field as deemed equivalent by the client • At least two years of experience working with the development of logistics flows and processes • Good proficiency with the Office package, primarily Excel and PowerPoint • Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish • Good English in speech and writing • Swedish citizenship For us to proceed with your application, you must clearly demonstrate in your CV that all of the above requirements are met.
