Material Master Data Specialist | Jefferson Wells | Finspång

Are you thorough, analytical, and experienced with SAP and master data? As a Material Master Data Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring high data quality and efficient information flows in an exciting industrial operation. About the Assignment In this role, you are responsible for managing and quality assuring material master data with a primary focus on SAP. You work daily in SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft 365, collaborating with multiple areas of the business. The position includes both operational tasks and opportunities to contribute to improvement initiatives and process development. You work closely with functions such as engineering, order engineering, procurement, and delivery to ensure correct and efficient information flows. Assignment Start: 2026-09-14 - 2027-03-31 Location: Finspång Responsibilities * Manage and quality assure material master data in SAP * Ensure correct and up-to-date information in business systems * Work operationally in SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft 365 * Perform analyses of large data sets and identify deviations and improvement opportunities * Collaborate with related functions within the business * Participate in and eventually drive process development within the master data area * Contribute to efficient and quality assured information flows Who Are You? Required Qualifications * Experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP * Experience in logistics, planning, or master data management * Good system proficiency and experience with Microsoft 365 * Experience analyzing data and working systematically with data quality * Strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Desirable Qualifications * Experience with Teamcenter * Experience with Qlik Sense or Tableau * Experience with process development and improvement initiatives Interested?
