Description We are seeking a qualified primary school teacher (grades 4–9) with credentials to teach mathematics in combination with another subject. This is a permanent full-time position (100%). Your Future Responsibilities You will teach mathematics at the primary school level, grades 4–9, within the Introduction Program. In this role, you will plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction based on students' different prerequisites and needs. The position also includes mentoring, where you will track and support students' knowledge development and study situation in close collaboration with colleagues. Who Are You? We are looking for a qualified teacher with credentials to teach mathematics in grades 4–9 and/or in the upper secondary school's introduction program. Experience teaching mathematics in primary school or in the Introduction Program is an asset, as is knowledge or education in special needs pedagogy (NPF) and individual development plans (IF). You have a strong interest in working with students in need of special support and can adapt your instruction to students' different prerequisites and needs. You work in a structured, solution-focused, and goal-oriented manner while remaining flexible when the situation requires it. Collaboration is a natural part of your approach, and you want to develop together with both colleagues and students. You are also comfortable with the documentation and assessment that are part of the teaching assignment and use digital tools in your work. We place great importance on personal suitability.
