You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Dagab. About the Company Dagab creates, warehouses, and delivers inventory to the chains of the Axfood group such as Hemköp, Willys, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. They also develop their own brands including Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart. Dagab plays a key role in Axfood's work to continuously streamline product flow by driving and developing the group's assortment, purchasing, and logistics. Responsibilities As Master Data Specialist—Articles, you are the quality owner for articles and ensure that article information is correct and functions optimally throughout the entire flow—from creating article numbers to when the product passes the store checkout line. You are responsible for one or more categories and work closely with colleagues in the team. During peak periods, you help each other, which creates a stimulating and varied workday. The role involves many contact points and requires structure, flexibility, and a strong focus on quality. Examples of responsibilities: • Responsible for maintenance and quality assurance of central article data in Dagab's systems • Ensure a functioning and customer-oriented article flow • Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers, category managers/buyers, chains, and wholesale units • Handle information collection, discrepancies, and errors in article data • Collaborate with and support other units within the group on matters related to article flow • Participate in improvement and development work to enhance quality and streamline processes Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Minimum 3 years of work experience Minimum 1 year of experience with administrative tasks Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Good knowledge of Excel We also consider it an advantage if you have: • Post-secondary education in economics, logistics, IT, or equivalent • Experience with master data, retail, or warehouse operations • Basic knowledge of SAP To thrive in this role, we see that you are a meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious person who takes responsibility for your work and can work independently.
