In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal. Your Responsibilities Do you want to take the next step as an automotive technician and become a key person in the workshop? As a Master Technician at Bilmånsson, you'll take on a qualified role where you work with advanced diagnostics, problem-solving, and technical development. You don't need to know Kia from the start – with the right technical foundation and drive, we'll ensure you receive the training and tools to succeed. With us, you'll be part of a team where knowledge is shared, quality is in focus, and you have the opportunity to develop. You'll grow into the role, and when you're ready to step up as a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for complex technical issues and serve as a technical role model for your colleagues. You will then contribute to developing both work processes and expertise in the workshop, and your responsibilities will include: • Performing advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs • Providing technical support and serving as a sounding board for the workshop team • Analyzing recurring problems and finding long-term solutions • Introducing new models, systems, and work methods • Maintaining ongoing dialogue with the general agent's technical support when needed • Training and supporting colleagues on technical matters • Ensuring work is performed according to high standards of quality, safety, and documentation Your Background/Your Qualities • Automotive technical training • Several years of experience with qualified troubleshooting and diagnostics in the automotive industry • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical and hybrid systems • Experience with digital diagnostic tools and manufacturer systems • Ability to work independently and make technical decisions • Pedagogical skills and willingness to develop others • Good Swedish and basic English in speech and writing • Class B driving license Meritorious: experience with Kia.
