Responsibilities You'll work with machine maintenance, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's machinery fleet. You'll conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and improvement work to ensure stable and efficient production. The role also includes simpler mechanical work such as turning and milling, as well as adjustments and equipment modifications. You'll work closely with production and actively contribute to optimizing operations and equipment availability. Facility-related maintenance tasks are also included. About You We're looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, and has a genuine interest in technology and practical work. You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others, while taking significant personal responsibility and willingly taking initiative. You have previous experience with mechanical work, such as hands-on experience with machinery, and have a basic understanding of how technology and equipment function. We'd like to see some machine knowledge and experience with basic turning and milling work. Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems is a plus, as is some welding experience. It's also an advantage if you hold a forklift and/or overhead crane certification. You're someone who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
