Job Responsibilities You'll work with machine maintenance, handling both preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's machinery fleet. You'll perform troubleshooting, repairs, and improvement work to ensure stable and efficient production. The role also includes simpler mechanical work such as turning and milling, as well as equipment adjustments and modifications. You'll work closely with production and actively contribute to optimizing operations and equipment availability. Facility-related maintenance tasks are also part of the role. We're Looking for You If We're looking for someone who is driven, independent, and has a genuine interest in technology and hands-on work. You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others, while taking significant personal responsibility and are willing to take initiative. You have previous experience with mechanical work, for example through tinkering or working hands-on with machinery, and have a basic understanding of how technology and equipment function. We'd like to see some machinery knowledge and experience with basic turning and milling work. Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems is a plus, as is some welding experience. It's also an advantage if you have a forklift and/or overhead crane certification. Furthermore, you're someone who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
