Machine Setup Operator – Loading & Packing Are you drawn to working in a technical role where you combine problem-solving with quality and production? As a Machine Setup Operator at Nammo, you'll contribute to efficient workflows and a safe manufacturing process. About the role As a Machine Setup Operator, you play a central role in production, responsible for ensuring stable and efficient production flow. You work on preparing and executing machine changeovers, monitoring machines, and handling deviations that arise in the process. In this role, you collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that production maintains the right quality, pace, and safety level. You also actively contribute to improving work methods and maintaining a well-functioning and organized production environment. Examples of responsibilities: • Set up and prepare machines for production • Monitor production and address stopping causes • Perform quality inspections • Conduct maintenance and preventive measures • Respond to deviations and report quality issues Our candidate We're looking for someone who is thorough, takes responsibility, and has a technical interest. You enjoy practical work and have strong problem-solving skills, where you can quickly identify and address deviations in production. You're flexible and collaborative with others, while taking ownership of your tasks and driving them forward in a structured manner. This role suits you if you enjoy working in a production environment where the pace can sometimes be demanding and where quality, safety, and delivery precision are in focus. You contribute to a good work environment through your commitment and willingness to develop both work methods and processes. To succeed in this role, we'd like to see experience from manufacturing or similar practical work, but it's not a requirement as on-site training is available. An industrial technical education is a plus. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can understand English. The position requires Swedish citizenship and a suitability assessment will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
