Machine Operator We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our component manufacturing. About the Role: The machine operator plays a crucial role in keeping production running. You will rebuild and adjust machines in the production line. The work includes preparing for upcoming changeovers and then executing them. It is also important to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out according to established guidelines. In this role, you will also work on a range of different tasks within production, including: · Performing simple corrective maintenance measures when needed. · Continuously performing inspections and checks of both products and equipment, all according to applicable work instructions · Executing work tasks according to work instructions · Working to ensure that order and cleanliness are always maintained in the workplace. · Continuously participating in the change and improvement work that is constantly ongoing to optimize production. · Addressing the most common stoppage causes in at least two production equipment/lines · Performing quality inspections according to applicable work instructions You will be based in Karlsborg and report to the Component Process Manager. The position initially involves 2-shift work. Other shift patterns that may occur include night shifts and weekend shifts. Our Candidate: We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical or industrial focus. Previous experience from industrial manufacturing and CNC technology is an asset but not a requirement. We also see that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You also have an understanding of English, both orally and in writing. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and you have a high safety awareness as well as a strong focus on quality in your work. We also see that you are an engaged, flexible, and responsible colleague with good collaboration skills. We would also like to see that you have good computer skills and an aptitude for improving and influencing the organization for more sustainable work.
