About the Role As a machine repair technician, you will work with operation, service, and preventive maintenance of our automated packaging machines. You will troubleshoot, fix, and prevent simple technical problems to ensure stable and well-functioning production. You will also oversee and perform certain maintenance of the facility's technical installations such as ventilation systems, heat pumps, and other facility-related functions. You are also responsible for documenting service and maintenance in our maintenance program Mainter. The role of machine repair technician is important for our machines to function as they should and for production to continue in an efficient manner. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience from industry, workshop, production, or other practical work where you have come into contact with machines and technology. You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy understanding how things work and finding solutions when problems arise. We would like you to have experience in mechanics and simple troubleshooting. You do not need to have worked specifically as a machine repair technician before – the most important thing is that you have practical skills, an interest in technology, and the willingness to learn. The role requires: Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills B-class driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience with: Service and maintenance of machines Industrial production or workshop Automated machines Mechanics and troubleshooting Drawings and troubleshooting diagrams PLC control Maintenance systems, such as Mainter English Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, thorough, and engaged. You are practically inclined and enjoy tackling problems and finding workable solutions. You work in a structured manner and are able to switch easily between different tasks. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and contributes to a good atmosphere in the work group. As a person, you are unpretentious, take initiative, and are flexible. You have no problem pitching in where needed and take responsibility for completing your tasks well. You don't need to know everything from the start. We would like you to be curious and have the willingness to develop and learn more about machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and technology. Thoroughness, order, and organization are self-evident to you – something that is particularly important as we are certified according to ISO 13485 and follow the regulations of the Medical Device Regulation.
