Machine Repair Technician

We are looking for you to work as a machine repair technician in our workshop, with a primary focus on advanced anti-icing equipment from the Finnish company Hilltip. Hilltip has established itself in just a few years as a stable supplier of innovative and modern solutions for, among other things, anti-icing equipment. www.hilltip.com We perform new installations of spreaders on tractors, tool carriers, cars, and trucks. During the season, on-call work and customer repairs occur. During the off-season, we service and repair spreaders so they are ready for the season. The spreaders are GPS and computer-controlled, and in most cases electrically driven. Familiarity with this technology is a merit. Experience with machines that typically carry sand and salt spreaders is considered a merit. Examples of such machines are articulated tool carriers, tractors, wheel loaders, pickups, electric vehicles, and trucks. In addition to the spreaders, you will also work with electric vehicles and possibly other products. In our operations, we work exclusively with computers at customer sites, order management, spare parts ordering, as well as documentation and information. We have service vehicles and would appreciate an employee who wants to develop service and repair work at customer locations. The manufacturers we are authorized for, in addition to Hilltip, include Kubota, Holder, Husqvarna, Stihl, Kärcher, and Goupil electric vehicles. Job duties include: Repair, service, and maintenance of Hilltip products at the workshop and at customer sites. New installation of Hilltip equipment. Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Preparation and inspection of used machines before delivery. Customer contact related to service and deliveries. Requirements: Experience working with machine or vehicle technology. Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Good organizational skills. Class B driver's license. Merits: Experience with construction machinery, trucks. Class E driver's license, Class C driver's license.
