Your Responsibilities Lindab develops, produces, sells, and distributes energy-efficient products and solutions within ventilation, indoor climate, and building components. As a machine operator at Lindab's production facility in Piteå, you will work with the manufacturing of primarily sandwich panels. As part of Lindab's team, you will work together with your colleagues to manufacture and deliver high-quality products to Lindab's customers. As production personnel, your main task is to ensure that the manufacturing process of the company's products runs without errors. You work on a production line and together with your work group you are responsible for ensuring that planned production is carried out according to applicable procedures, instructions, and quality requirements. Work tasks vary throughout the day and all employees should be able to work at each station. Work hours are arranged in 2-shift operations. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is hardworking, has high focus, and is careful in how you perform your work tasks. For the position of machine operator, we are looking for someone who has studied a practical/technical program such as industrial, electrical, or automotive programs and/or has previous experience from the manufacturing industry. It is a merit if you are familiar with LEAN as a working methodology and are comfortable with blueprint reading. A bridge/overhead crane certificate is a merit. To be considered for the position, a forklift certificate and fluent Swedish (spoken and written) are required.
