About Us Habia Teknofluor AB is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of fluoroplastic hose, high-pressure hose, and machined PTFE components. Our customer base includes major international companies such as Hitachi, Tetra Pak, Parker, and ContiTech, and most of our products are delivered outside Sweden. The business was founded in 1954 and has been part of Smiths Group since 2019, under the Flex-Tek division. Smiths Group employs over 16,000 people across more than 50 countries. At Habia Teknofluor, we currently have approximately 60 employees at our expanding facility in Knivsta, located between Arlanda and Uppsala. About the Role As a machine operator, you are responsible for your production line from start to finish. The work involves starting up and adjusting the machine, loading materials, monitoring the process continuously, and ensuring that production runs smoothly. The role also includes quality control, addressing minor operational issues, and ensuring that procedures and safety requirements are followed. Who Are You? We are looking for positive and cooperative individuals who are at least 18 years old, as certain tasks require this according to the collective agreement. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Additionally, you should be comfortable working two-shift schedules, which means you'll work mornings one week and afternoons the next week. Previous experience in manufacturing is advantageous, as is an interest in technology. If you have CNC training or experience, that's also a plus—please mention this in your application. A driver's license is beneficial since there are limited public transportation connections to the workplace.
