Here you'll have the opportunity to work with advanced electronics production and become an important part of an engaged team that delivers products to customers in several exciting industries. At Norautron, modern technology is combined with high expertise, and we're looking for someone who thrives with responsibility, attention to detail, and technical challenges. We're seeking operators for both selective soldering and surface mounting, where you'll work with operation, monitoring, and optimization of our ERSA selective soldering machines and ASMPT surface mounting lines. In this role, you're responsible for machine operation, changeovers, program management, and quality checks in a high-tech production environment. You work closely with the product throughout the manufacturing process and ensure that every circuit board meets high quality standards. Qualifications We're looking for someone with experience in electronics production who feels confident working independently with advanced production equipment. You understand the processes behind circuit board production and are experienced in handling both technology, quality, and troubleshooting in daily operations. To be a suitable candidate, we see that you have: • Experience in electronics production, circuit board assembly, or similar manufacturing environments. • Experience with machine operation, changeovers, and program management in automated production. • Experience with selective soldering (ERSA) and surface mounting (ASMPT). • Good ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation. • Experience with quality work in electronics production and good understanding of IPC standards, preferably IPC-A-610. • Natural ability to collaborate in a team. • Good computer skills and ability to work in production and business systems. • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
