Our client is now seeking several machine operators through Lernia for a growing operation in Piteå. This is a role where you'll work in a team, apply technical understanding, and help maintain high quality in production. About the Position As a machine operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment and ensuring that production runs according to plan. You work in shifts with other members of the production team and contribute to delivering products that meet quality and safety requirements. The role involves daily inspection of machinery, minor adjustments and maintenance, as well as reporting deviations and improvement suggestions. You will collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure an efficient and safe work environment. Responsibilities As a machine operator, you will, among other things: Monitor and control machinery and production lines Perform daily inspections, basic maintenance, and cleaning Ensure that products meet quality standards and document results Report deviations and participate in improvement initiatives Follow safety procedures and contribute to a good work environment About You We are looking for someone who is practical, meticulous, and enjoys working in a production environment. Experience from similar work is a merit, but we also welcome those new to the industry who are eager to learn. It is important that you are responsible, communicative, and can work well in a team. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Experience from industrial or production work, preferably as a machine operator Technical understanding and the ability to follow instructions and drawings Class B driver's license Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Forklift certification is a merit Personal Qualities As a person, you are responsible, organized, and have a problem-solving approach. You thrive with structure, can prioritize tasks, and contribute to positive collaboration with colleagues. Safety and quality are important to you in your daily work.
