Machine Operator, Three-Shift Schedule

To our modern production facility in Enköping, we are seeking engaged and quality-conscious machine operators to work on our machine lines and manufacture tobacco snus and tobacco-free snus. We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish. Education with a technical focus or relevant work experience is a merit. Your work tasks include monitoring production, checking quality, adjusting machines, collaborating with other operators and technicians, etc. The position has a rotating three-shift schedule where shifts change monthly: Day: 06:48–15:12 Evening: 14:48–23:12 Night: 22:48–07:12 Starting salary: 28,600 kr/month. Shift supplements are added for evening and night work according to the applicable agreement, and vary depending on schedule. Approximate compensation: Month with evening shift: approximately 5,000–6,000 kr in shift supplement Month with night shift: approximately 8,000–9,000 kr in shift supplement The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
