You will work with operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production equipment in a highly automated facility. The work demands high technical understanding, precision, and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include: *Monitoring and adjusting machinery during ongoing production *Troubleshooting and addressing minor technical issues *Quality control of finished products *Participation in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance *Work on day, evening, and night shifts Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: *High school education in technology/industry or equivalent experience *Good technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes *Experience with shift work in production is a merit *High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures *Swedish proficiency in speech and writing Additional Information Does this sound interesting?
