About the Position
As a machine operator at Sweetch Food, you will work with the manufacturing and packaging of dietary supplements and food products. You are responsible for ensuring that machines and production lines operate safely and efficiently and that products maintain the correct quality.
The work is practical and varied. You work closely with other operators, production management, and the quality function to ensure stable production and good flow throughout the entire process.
Your Main Responsibilities
Start, set up, monitor, and stop production and packaging machines
Conduct product changeovers, adjustments, and minor modifications
Fill raw materials and packaging materials
Perform ongoing quality controls and document production results
Ensure that hygiene, quality, and safety procedures are followed
Clean machines, equipment, and production areas
Notice and report deviations, quality issues, and technical problems
Contribute to efficient production flow and actively work on improvements
Assist with other production tasks as needed

You work in a structured manner, follow established procedures, and understand that thoroughness is crucial when producing food. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and help your colleagues when needed. You appreciate a workplace where collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday work.
To be considered for the position, you have completed upper secondary education and can communicate and take instructions in Swedish. It is a merit if you have previous experience in food production or packaging/powder production. You have a good understanding of the importance of hygiene, quality, and food safety.
It is a merit if you have experience with:
Work as a machine operator or process operator
Machine setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance
Working according to HACCP, GMP, or other quality systems in food production
Forklift operation and valid forklift certification
About the Position
The position is a probationary employment (6 months) on a full-time basis starting immediately. The position is located in Nol outside Gothenburg.
