As a machine operator or assembler, you will work in production to ensure an efficient and high-quality flow. Work tasks may vary depending on the client and operation but typically include: Monitoring and operating production machinery Adjusting and reconfiguring machines Material replenishment and production preparation Assembly of products and components Quality inspections and documentation Basic troubleshooting and corrective actions Packaging and handling of finished products Active participation in improvement and safety initiatives Work hours can be scheduled for daytime or 2-shift operations depending on the assignment.
