About the Role
As an operator at Goldschmidt, you will be a key person in the manufacturing process where advanced and customized railway vehicles take shape. You will work broadly in machine processing and be responsible for programming and operating milling machines with Heidenhain control systems.
You will work both practically in production and contribute to ensuring stable and efficient operation of the existing machinery.
The role includes working with arbor machines, mills, and lathes.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in machine processing who is comfortable in a technical environment where precision, quality, and craftsmanship go hand in hand. You have good experience reading technical drawings and feel confident working independently in production.
You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have experience programming Heidenhain control systems or have worked with manual machines such as arbor machines and lathes, we consider this an asset.
As a person, you are organized, engaged, and solution-oriented. You take responsibility for your work, gladly contribute improvement suggestions, and are motivated by being part of developing both production and working methods as the company grows.
