Here you'll be an important part of production where quality, pace, and teamwork go hand in hand. This is a long-term recruitment assignment through Montico where the right person will be offered the opportunity for direct employment with the client. About the Position As a machine operator, you're the one keeping production running. You work monitoring machines, loading materials, performing quality control checks, and ensuring products are manufactured to the correct standard. When something deviates, you help identify the cause and assist in solving the problem so production can continue without unnecessary downtime. No two days are the same. One moment you're doing quality control checks and documenting results, the next you're collaborating with colleagues on a machine changeover or making sure the next production run is ready to start. It's practical work where you combine technology, responsibility, and teamwork in a modern production environment. Work is organized in 2 shifts and you'll work alongside colleagues who support each other and contribute to a positive work environment.
