Machine Operator - Production

About the Position We are now looking for a dedicated and technically skilled machine operator for a production facility where you will take on significant responsibility for daily operations. You will work closely with production and be responsible for the entire process at your assigned production line. Work schedule: 2-shift. Is this something for you? Don't hesitate to submit your application! As a machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the production line operates efficiently and that production maintains the correct quality. The work takes place primarily at a controlled and automated production line, although some parts of the operation include manual tasks. Your main responsibilities will include: - Responsibility for operation and monitoring of the production line. - Conducting quality inspections and ensuring that products meet the correct standards. - Performing basic troubleshooting and repairs. - Setting up and executing production runs. - Reporting and managing deviations. - Recording and documenting production-related information in the company's business system. - Contributing to structured and efficient production work. - Actively working on continuous improvement of processes and working methods. Your Profile We would like to see that you have a few years of experience as a machine operator, preferably from process industry, chemical industry, or other technically oriented industry. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: - High school education with a technical focus or equivalent current experience with technical work. - Previous experience working as a machine operator. - Experience working with business systems and registering production data. - Good technical understanding and interest in machinery and production. - Experience with quality inspections and deviation management. - Knowledge of or experience with continuous improvement work. - Forklift certification. - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
