About the Position

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating production machinery, setting up and adjusting machines, inspecting materials, and performing ongoing quality checks and basic troubleshooting. You will manage material flow and report any deviations according to established procedures.
The company operates in the food industry and is located in newly built, modern facilities in Malmö.
This position begins as a staffing assignment via Lernia Bemanning, but for the right candidate, there are good opportunities for a permanent transition to the client.
About You
You are detail-oriented, responsible, and have a strong understanding of workplace safety. You enjoy practical tasks and work well in teams. Experience from the process industry, preferably the food sector, or previous work as a machine operator is advantageous. You take initiative and are eager to contribute to improvement efforts.
Formal Qualifications
Forklift certification is required; reach truck certification is advantageous
Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle are desirable
Experience in the process industry and/or food industry is advantageous
