In addition to environmental and health considerations, we also prioritize social sustainability. Our small factory has been operating since 2014 and is now located in Åmotfors. If you are interested in manufacturing and developing chocolate and other food products, both with machinery and by hand, this could be the job for you. Job Responsibilities Manufacture chocolate in all its forms. This includes everything from raw material handling, machine filling, operating simple machinery, chocolate production, chocolate packaging, cleaning and washing. We have approximately 300 square meters of production space where we currently manufacture chocolate bars, chocolate truffles, chocolate calendars, pralines and other unique products. We work with our partners in Ecuador who also visit us frequently, and communication takes place in English. During certain periods of the year, we may receive projects where customers request specific products. Being willing to experiment and make mistakes is important, as is planning and following up on your work. Since we are a small work team, you will also be expected to step in and perform other tasks beyond those listed in this ad. Your Qualifications You have at least upper secondary education with relevant specialization and several years of work experience. The specialization does not necessarily need to be in food production; it could also be mechanics, electrical work, or other hands-on fields. A valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicles is required, as is good computer skills. Since a significant portion of the work time is related to raw material handling and filling while standing, adequate physical fitness and the ability to lift are important. We also work with data systems to track incoming and outgoing shipments, batches, and traceability, so it is important that you are comfortable with computers and willing to learn.
