We are continuing to grow and are therefore seeking several motivated and curious CAST operators for our production in Värnamo. About the Position Welcome to Doxa Plastics! Here we manufacture stretch film that is delivered to customers throughout Europe. Doxa Plastics is a smaller company with great entrepreneurial spirit that permeates the entire operation. With a new production facility, in a business that is investing and upgrading its machinery, you will be an important part of an exciting growth journey. As a CAST operator, you will be part of a work team that operates and monitors the machines in production. The work tasks are varied and include machine monitoring, quality and material inspections, forklift operation, etc., and production operates in 5 shifts. We are now seeking employees who can work day, evening, or night shifts. About You We are looking for someone with some experience from industrial work, preferably from a process industry. You feel comfortable in an industrial environment and have a strong desire to learn new things. As a person, you are responsible with good initiative and you quickly tackle problems and find solutions together with your colleagues. Doxa Plastics Speaks! Production is located in Värnamo, where we manufacture stretch film with a focus on thin film. Stretch film is a plastic film used for packaging goods for safe transportation. We work largely with exports, with 75 percent of our customers in the European market. Working with the highest quality on our products and having environmentally friendly production is incredibly important to us, where we are at the forefront.
