About the Position As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring the operation of CNC machines and ensuring that production meets specified measurements and quality requirements. This assignment is part of our staffing services, which means you will be employed by Lernia and work as a consultant for our client in Eksjö. The assignment is long-term, and the goal is that you will eventually be offered a position directly with the client company. Start date: By agreement Fixed-term employment – full-time Working hours: 3-shift schedule (morning, night, evening) About You To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with great responsibility, handle your work with efficiency, and be practical. You should be able to work both independently and in a group and have good physical fitness. The work involves shift work, so you need to be a flexible person who can work nights, days, and evenings.
