Job Description
We're now looking for careful and committed machine operators for a process industry with around-the-clock production!
You will work with the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production equipment in a highly automated facility.
The role demands high technical understanding, precision, and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Monitoring and adjusting machines during ongoing production
*Troubleshooting and fixing minor technical issues
*Quality control of finished products
*Participating in improvement work and preventive maintenance
*Working day, evening, and night shifts
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
*Upper secondary education in technical/industrial fields or equivalent experience
*Strong technical understanding and interest in machines and processes
*Experience with shift work in production is a plus
*High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
*Swedish proficiency, spoken and written
