Machine Operator

About the Position We are now seeking a careful and technically minded machine operator for a modern and automated production line. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring material supply, performing quality control checks on products, and actively maintaining order and organization in production. You will also perform basic technical maintenance of the machinery and carry out changeovers between different products. Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement Working Hours: 2-shift schedule Assignment Length: 6 months with good opportunity for extension Your Profile We are looking for someone with previous experience as a machine operator or from an equivalent role within production. You have a good technical understanding and an interest in technology, and it is advantageous if you have worked on an automated production line. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and see that you are responsible, organized, and communicative. You enjoy working independently while also being a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. The work can be physically demanding in certain aspects, which requires you to be in good physical condition. You have good computer skills and since the workplace lacks public transportation, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car. A background in mechanical engineering is advantageous, as is a forklift certificate, experience with 5S and improvement work, and experience working in business systems.
