We are looking for a production operator for our napkin manufacturing. Here you will get a job with your own responsibility and the opportunity to learn the entire process. As an operator, you are responsible for your own production line, from startup and adjustment to the finished product. We manufacture everything from simple, unprinted napkins to specially printed napkins, which means that production varies and requires precision, quality, and attention to detail. You are responsible for your own line As an operator, you ensure that your line functions and that production maintains the right quality. Your tasks include, among others: Set up and run the production line. Monitor production and make adjustments as needed. Manufacture unprinted and specially printed napkins. Check quality, color, and print during production. Work with material changes and preparations for new products. Troubleshoot and solve simple technical problems. Keep the area around the machine clean and organized. Work with safety, quality, and efficiency. You don't need to know everything from the start. What's important is that you want to learn and have an interest in technology and machines. Has normal color vision. This is a requirement for the position. You will work daily with color, color shades, and print quality, which makes normal color vision necessary to perform the work. Is thorough and quality-conscious. Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. Is practically inclined and enjoys solving problems. Learns new things easily. Enjoyed working in a production environment where the pace can sometimes be high. Meritorious Forklift certification. Previous experience from production or industry. Experience as a machine operator. Technical or industrial education.
