Machine Operator

About the Position Ikett Personalpartner is now recruiting machine operators for one of our clients in Finspång! As a machine operator, you will be an important part of the manufacturing team and have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in an environment where collaboration and development are in focus. You will operate the machines, load tools, and ensure that every detail meets the highest quality standards. You will run new programs, monitor the machining process, control completed work, and document results. The work is varied and involves operating several different machines and processes, which provides the opportunity to both develop new skills and contribute with previous experience and expertise. Start date is immediate or by agreement. Working hours include 2-shift or night shift schedules. Your Profile We are looking for someone who: • Has workshop training with a focus on CNC and several years of experience with similar work • Is ambitious, curious, and willing to both learn new skills and share your knowledge • Is experienced in reading technical drawings, works carefully, and has a strong quality mindset • Enjoys collaborating but can also work independently and take responsibility for your tasks As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have strong teamwork skills since the work takes place at our customers' sites.
