What the role entails We are now looking for several experienced Machine Operators for one of our clients in Söderköping. As a machine operator, you will have a central role in the company's production where you work with operation, monitoring, and adjustment of machines. Your work tasks will include: * Monitoring and maintenance of machine lines * Adjustment and changeover of machines as needed * Troubleshooting and measures to reduce production disruptions * Quality controls and documentation * Active collaboration with colleagues for smooth production flow You will work in a modern and well-organized production environment together with a dedicated team. Working hours: 2-shift and also permanent night shift available. Start: Immediately/by agreement The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely with the aim of transitioning to permanent employment with the client company. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a background in the manufacturing industry who has worked with controlled machines and their operation before. Requirements: * Previous experience in industrial or production work as a machine operator or CNC operator * Good knowledge of blueprint reading/technical instructions * Technically inclined and have good understanding of machines and processes * Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written * Comfortable taking responsibility and working carefully even at a fast pace * Valid driver's license (B) * Forklift certification (preferred but not required) As a person, we see that you are careful and responsible and enjoy collaborating in a production team.
