What the Position Involves
Together with your colleagues, you will work daytime hours, 7:00-16:00. You will become part of a small team that helps each other out. The tasks will include:
Monitoring and operation of production machinery
Refilling raw materials and supplies
Quality checks according to procedures
Cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
Documentation of production and deviations
Good quality, precision, and safety are important. The company operates in the food industry and proper hygiene is of utmost importance.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with approved upper secondary education and experience with similar work tasks. To succeed in the role, you must:
Experience working in production
Technical understanding and experience working with machinery
Good hygiene and quality awareness
Ability to work in a structured manner and follow instructions
Good Swedish in speech and writing
As a person, you are responsible, collaborate easily with colleagues, and have a strong safety mindset. You are detail-oriented and flexible. You enjoy physical work as the position requires heavy lifting.
