WORK DUTIES Loussabacken is a year-round facility with activities in both winter and summer at the ski slope. In winter, downhill skiing is offered and in summer, cycling activities. As a machine operator/lift operator, your focus is on meeting our visitors and creating good conditions for them to enjoy the facility's offerings. The work includes operation and maintenance of lift systems and machinery as well as ongoing maintenance of ski slopes and cycling trails to ensure a well-functioning facility. The role includes work tasks such as opening and closing the facility, handling operational disruptions and minor repairs. The work tasks are varied and linked to the daily operation of the facility. Work is performed in shifts and operations run seven days a week. QUALIFICATIONS For the position of Machine Operator/Lift Attendant with us, we are looking for someone with a high school diploma. You are stress-resistant, have good physical fitness, and basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience as a machine operator. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and basic computer skills to manage error reports and orders. We see that you can work both as part of a team and independently. You have good communication skills and a sense of service in your customer interactions. A Category B driver's license is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
