Equipment Responsible Service Technician at Söderberg & Haak

About the Position Ikett is now hiring two equipment responsible service technicians for Söderberg & Haak based in Kristianstad! As an equipment responsible service technician, you will be the primary person responsible for the company's construction machinery that is rented out to one of their major customers. You will be based at the customer's facility and work closely with them to plan and ensure service, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The goal is to maintain high availability, operational reliability, and efficiency of the machine fleet. You will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the customer's machines and work independently with troubleshooting, service, and repairs. Together with the customer, you will plan ongoing maintenance and interventions based on the machinery's needs and the operation's requirements. Repairs and more extensive service work will be performed in the customer's workshop. Looking ahead, there are plans to expand the machine fleet with additional construction machinery. This means the role can develop over time, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and help shape and develop your area of responsibility. Working Hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday. You are comfortable working independently and see the value in building and developing long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will become an important contact person for the customer, where you will have significant independence and freedom to plan your work. At the same time, you will have close collaboration with both the customer and your colleagues to find effective and sustainable solutions together. Requirements for the Position: - Experience working as a mechanic, preferably in heavy construction. - Vehicle technical training or equivalent experience. - Good knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Since the company's manuals are in English, you also need good reading comprehension in English. Category B driver's license is required. Category C driver's license is a merit.
