JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for you with the right knowledge, experience, and interest to help develop our workshop and contribute to good vehicle management of the municipality's fleet, which consists of approximately 160 cars of which 38% are electric vehicles, as well as the machinery we use for maintaining our outdoor environment, transportation, and snow removal. As a vehicle repair technician with us, you will be responsible, together with other repair technicians and craftspeople, for ongoing operations, troubleshooting, and repair of our vehicles and machines. You will have extensive customer contact and provide support to ensure our customers feel confident with their vehicles, which are also their work tools. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education with a focus on automotive technology and have professional experience working with a varied vehicle fleet including both new and older vehicles. You must have experience working professionally with workshop and vehicle systems for diagnostics and documentation. The person we are seeking is orderly and structured and has the ability to handle intensive work periods. Alongside your professional skills, we value your personal qualities highly. We are seeking a good colleague with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities. We would like you to have experience working with professional machinery as we manage the municipality's work vehicles, tractors, lawnmowers, and street sweepers. You naturally have a driver's license with at least category B; we view BE and C licenses as advantageous. Two independent references are required. Trial employment may occur. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent. Work hours: Working hours are 07:00 - 15:30. Flexible hours apply; on-call duty may occur.
