REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: 2nd professional qualification level nursing assistant; registration in the Register of Healthcare Professionals; state language proficiency (level B, tier 1); ability to consistently, purposefully, and rationally plan and organize your work, set priorities; ability to establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues, participate in teamwork; willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills; psychological resilience; friendly and responsive attitude; high sense of responsibility.
