NURSE IN ANESTHESIOLOGY AND INTENSIVE CARE UNIT SIA "Ziemeļkurzemes reģionālā slimnīca" provides modern and high-quality healthcare services, ensuring accessibility for residents near their place of residence. We are looking to hire a nurse for the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit. We expect: • Completed education as a nurse, general care nurse, or medical assistant (we also welcome applications from 3rd or 4th year nursing program students). • Preferred specialization as a nurse in anesthesia and intensive care. • Current registration in the Registry of Healthcare Professionals. • State language proficiency as required by regulatory acts. • Precision, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We offer: • Work in various shifts – 8, 12, or 24 hours. • Stable salary – 10.56 EUR (gross) per hour, 75% allowance for night shift work, and other allowances in accordance with external and internal regulatory acts. • A position at a modern multiprofessional regional hospital in Ventspils, only a 10-minute walk from the sea. • Free parking, swimming pool access, and psychologist consultations for employees. • Paid professional development activities and further education opportunities. • Health insurance after the trial period. • For full-time employees from other cities, accommodation or travel expenses are compensated. Main duties: • Perform patient observation, care, and medical documentation in the Intensive Care Unit. • Prepare medical equipment and apparatus needed for work. • Prepare patients for examinations and operations, and participate in patient transportation. • Assist the anesthesiologist during operations and various procedures. • Provide quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
