Valmiera preschool educational institution "Sprīdītis" (hereinafter – Institution) invites applications for a nurse position (1 full-time – 40 hours per week or 0.5 part-time – 20 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract. Work location: Rūpniecības iela 29, Valmiera, Valmieras novads. If you wish to: • provide first aid to children and staff; • assess children's health status; • monitor compliance with hygiene requirements at the Institution; • coordinate menus and perform product quality control; • organize primary disease prevention measures in cases of infectious diseases; • complete necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements; • promote healthy lifestyle among children, their parents, and staff by participating in the Institution's educational and training processes; and if you have: • professional or 1st level higher professional education in nursing recognized in the Republic of Latvia, registration in the medical practitioners register as a nurse; • state language proficiency in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law; • competencies: ability to plan, organize, and perform work with quality; sense of responsibility, discipline, precision, ability to maintain confidentiality and tolerance; ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; • proficiency in using office equipment and information technology; we offer: • remuneration in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 851 "Regulations on minimum monthly wages and special allowances for employees in healthcare", 1,189.00 EUR per month before taxes; • employer co-financed health insurance after completion of the probation period, as well as other social guarantees/benefits in accordance with work results and regulatory requirements; • a safe, aesthetically pleasant, and appropriately equipped work environment.
