SIA "Jēkabpils reģionālā slimnīca" Invites applications for a CHILDREN'S DISEASES DEPARTMENT nursing care (permanent position) vacancy. Salary: from EUR 1189 to EUR 1249 gross, plus supplements for seniority and night work. Location: A. Pormaļa Street 125, Jēkabpils, Jēkabpils Municipality, LV-5201. Requirements for candidates: 1) Secondary professional education and/or Level I/II professional higher education in nursing; 2) Registration in the Medical Professionals Register of the Republic of Latvia, appropriate competence, desirable specialization in the relevant field; Desirable professional work experience; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Main job duties: 1) Perform assessment and monitoring of vital functions and patient condition; 2) Provide care to department patients and evaluate the patient care process and its outcomes; 3) Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; 4) Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures prescribed by the physician and administer medications prescribed by the physician; 5) Ensure the implementation of clinical procedures; 6) Provide emergency assistance.
