STATE SOCIAL CARE CENTRE "LATGALE" (Reg. No. 90000043329; www.vsaclatgale.gov.lv) is a direct subordinate institution of the Ministry of Welfare that provides state-funded long-term social care and social rehabilitation services to adult individuals of both genders in an institutional setting with severe mental health disorders (disability groups I and II).
WE ARE HIRING A GENERAL CARE NURSE at the "Mēmele" branch
We offer:

salary (gross) from EUR 1241 to EUR 1251, in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations;

Key job responsibilities:
assess the client's somatic condition, differentiate health status disorders, and collect data on client health status;
ensure accurate and safe medication administration via enteral and parenteral routes, assess client reactions following medication administration;
work in high-intensity work conditions.
Requirements for applicants:
Secondary professional medical education, registration in the healthcare professionals registry, preferably a certificate in nursing specialty;
professional experience in the position of at least 1 year preferred;
good knowledge of Latvian language
