Background
Do you thrive in a role with daily contact with associations, private individuals, and businesses? Then this position with varied and stimulating tasks might be perfect for you!
You will have frequent contact with tenants, so we're looking for someone who is both communicative and organized.
Responsibilities
As a Land Manager with us, you will be responsible for ongoing work with lease agreements for cultivation areas. The work involves practical problem-solving of property matters from both a legal and technical perspective, and is performed independently as well as in collaboration with competent colleagues. You will also work with negotiating contract terms and preparing other lease agreements, handling supervisory matters, and following up on correction notices.
The Lease and Land Rights Unit consists of 18 dedicated employees and is characterized by community spirit and lack of pretense. The unit's employees primarily work with various types of property leases on the city's land.
Prior experience with leasing or land management is not a requirement for this position, as the complexity of the tasks varies, and you will receive good support from experienced colleagues. There are good opportunities for development in this role.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
Education from a surveying program or other education including property law
Class B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience with practical contract management
Experience with negotiations and customer contact
Experience working with digital mapping systems and detailed plans
The person we're looking for has a systematic work approach, high IT competence, and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. To succeed in the role, you need to take initiative, be solution-oriented, and driven. You take responsibility for moving work forward, whether working independently or with others. You will have many contacts both internally and externally, which means you need to be communicative and able to convey information and ideas clearly. You have good collaboration skills, a strong service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
We look forward to meeting you, so don't hesitate to apply!
Terms
Before a possible interview, you will need to present a passport/national ID/ID certificate issued by the Swedish Tax Agency, and possibly proof of residence permit if you have citizenship outside the EU/EES. This is so we as an employer can verify your identity and ensure that you have the right to work in Sweden. During the process, you may also be asked to provide certificates of education if this is a requirement for the position.
