We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager for our team who will be responsible for developing the Hotelis brand, marketing strategy and supporting the sales of our hotels. We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with numbers, has knowledge of online marketing, understands the hotel environment and can turn ideas into real campaigns that bring guests. What awaits you with us You will be in charge of marketing communication for the Hotelis brand and our hotels. Your role will primarily be to: • create and implement marketing strategy in line with the company's business objectives, • participate in building the brand, image of hotels and corporate identity, • prepare and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, packages and special offers, • manage and develop online communication, websites and social networks, • collaborate with the sales and revenue team to support sales, • coordinate graphic and promotional materials, • monitor competition, market and customer segments, • evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare reporting for company management, • come up with suggestions on how to further improve and advance marketing. Who we are looking for We are looking for a person who has: • experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, tourism, wellness or services, • knowledge of online marketing and social media management, • ability to prepare a marketing campaign from idea to implementation, • sense for brand, visual style and quality content, • analytical thinking and ability to evaluate results, • good organizational and communication skills, • independence, reliability and proactive approach, • desire to bring new ideas and see things through to completion. We expect professional approach, responsibility, fair communication and the ability to collaborate with sales, revenue, operations and company management.
