Here you will work closely with decision-makers, influence long-term urban development issues, and lead projects that leave their mark far into the future. You will work both strategically and operationally with: Feasibility studies, detailed plans, development budgets, and contract preparation Negotiations with landowners, developers, and external parties Land management and overall land strategy issues Collaboration with politicians, authorities, municipal companies, and internal project groups Leading or participating in projects linked to both municipal and developer-driven development You will be part of a department with short decision-making processes, significant responsibility, and committed colleagues in urban development. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is confident, experienced, and curious – someone who is used to driving complex development processes and wants to continue developing. We believe you have: Relevant university education, such as in surveying, law, urban planning, or similar Documented experience with development projects and/or municipal land management Strong ability to apply legislation within property law Experience collaborating with many stakeholders and building trusting relationships Ability to work independently, systematically, and solution-oriented If you have previously worked in a politically governed organization, we see that as a merit.
