Ground and Site Worker at Install Infra!

We are looking for ground and site workers to strengthen our team during the high season of 2026 with the opportunity for a permanent position after the ground and site season. About the position As a ground and site worker at Install Infra, you will have a varied daily routine where you work on interesting projects for our customers. Your tasks will include: Groundwork for foundations Slab laying Adjustment for asphalt paving Water and sewer works The work is mainly outdoors and projects vary in scope. To make your day smooth, working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday through Friday. You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive thorough onboarding and quickly familiarize yourself with both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating but are also comfortable working independently when required. To be suitable for the role, we see that you: Have a B driver's license Speak and write Swedish fluently It is meriting if you have: Experience or education within ground/site work, for example water and sewer works, slab laying, or stone setting Experience in reading blueprints Certification for Work on Road and/or Safe Construction is meriting; these trainings are otherwise provided before your employment begins at Install Infra.
