We're looking for ground and infrastructure workers to strengthen our team during the high season of 2026 with the possibility of a permanent position after the ground and infrastructure season. About the Position As a ground and infrastructure worker at Install Infra, you'll have a varied day working on interesting projects for our customers. Your tasks will include: Excavation work for foundations Base course laying Grading for asphalt paving Water and sewage work The work takes place mainly outdoors and projects vary in scope. To make your day smooth, working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday. You'll start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive thorough onboarding and quickly get up to speed in both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you'll create a joint plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for continued employment if the collaboration works well for both parties. We're Looking for You We believe that your commitment and drive are most important for thriving and succeeding with us. You're a team player who enjoys collaborating but is also comfortable working independently when needed. To be suitable for this role, we see that you: Have a B-class driver's license Speak and write Swedish fluently It's a plus if you have: Experience or education within ground/infrastructure work, for example water and sewage work, base course laying, or stone setting Experience with reading drawings A certificate for Work on Road and/or Safe Construction is advantageous; these trainings are otherwise provided before your employment starts at Install Infra.
