Human Talent is now seeking site and construction workers for an assignment with a client in the construction and civil engineering industry heading into fall 2026, starting immediately! Here you'll have the opportunity to work on projects where you see concrete results of what you do – every day. About the Role As a site worker, you'll have an active and varied day where you work on different types of projects together with your team. Your Tasks: Utility work (water and sewage) Paving and stonework Site preparation and excavation Road construction and landscaping installation The work is carried out both independently and in teams, and it requires that you can collaborate, take initiative, and maintain a good work pace. You are someone who: Takes responsibility and does the job properly Enjoys working in a team Has strong drive and good work ethic Is thorough and solution-oriented Can handle physical outdoor work Previous experience in site and construction work is a plus, but not required – the right person with the right attitude can quickly get into the role.
